Tempe, AZ — RC Cabinets, a Tempe-based cabinet manufacturer and supplier for custom and production home builders, has announced the asset acquisition of the SpaceMaker Furniture Factory and its distributorship specializing in space-saving wall bed furniture systems.

RC Cabinets said it is creating a new division to integrate the SpaceMaker sales and service operation alongside its existing cabinet production for kitchens, bathrooms, home offices and entertainment rooms.

The SpaceMaker Furniture Factory is a leading producer of guest room furniture whose wall beds can be stored vertically or horizontally in wood cabinetry, and lowered into a fully-functional bed when needed.

“Rooms that would normally go unused except for occasional visitors can now be converted from a standard sleeping room to an office, sewing room, theater room or whatever best reflects the homeowner’s lifestyle,” said Robert Boscamp, RC Cabinets president and CEO.

“Adding wall bed systems to our product line meets the demands of the ever-changing marketplace.”

RC Cabinets manufactures and distributes its own line of cabinetry, and installs and services several cabinet brands, including OakCraft, Mid Continent and UltraCraft.
